The Challenge

Eyewitness Palestine asked We & Goliath to help them host a virtual summit to bring together their community and help fundraise while their in-person events are postponed due to COVID-19. We provided event strategy, website set up including event logo and graphic design, pricing strategy, livestreaming software coaching, and more.

What We Did

Virtual Summit Software Setup

Setup registration flow, and all summit features including: automatic email notifications, replay hosting, video hosting, chat, tickets, reporting, etc.

Software Research and Needs Analysis

Evaluated top online summit software and chose a platform that best fit their needs and goals. Consulted on ideal software configuration and integrations.

Logo, Website & Graphic Design

We designed the logo, social media share images, video thumbnails and setup a full conference website.

Livestreaming Software Coaching

We helped their team prepare to moderate and present their livestream, take questions from written comments and feature them on the screen.

Summit Website Setup

A summit has to do three jobs from one address: explain the day well enough that a stranger buys a ticket, take the money, and still be worth visiting after the day is over. We designed and built that site.

The homepage opens on the date and the register button, then answers the question a first-time attendee actually has — who is speaking, and why give up a Saturday. Tickets ran on a sliding scale from $50 to $250, with nobody turned away for lack of funds. And the replays stayed live behind the pass after July 18, so the ticket still meant something in August.
