The Challenge

Talkdesk was maturing toward an IPO with a brand-new executive team, and its FY25 kickoff had to align the whole company, then its global go-to-market org, around one vision. The catch: leadership could give only a day and a half on camera, the audience stretched across the US, EU, and APAC, and every session still had to feel like a polished live show.

Our Solution

We filmed nine main-stage sessions in person over two days in San Francisco, multi-camera, with teleprompters and confidence monitors so new execs could present naturally. Our team edited each one, layered in animated titles and branded transitions, then scheduled them as simulive broadcasts that re-ran at sensible hours for APAC. When a speaker wanted to fix a slide after filming, we swapped it into the recording so no one had to shoot again.

The Results

Nine polished sessions aired across three days, to a first-day audience of 1,300 and then to the go-to-market team, on time and on brand. Executives posted about it on LinkedIn, board members weighed in, and the internal reviews came back raving. For a team that recorded everything in a day and a half, the event punched well above the hours that went into filming it.

Slide Edits After the Camera Stopped

Presenters almost never love their slides in the moment. So after filming wrapped, speakers could still revise a deck, and we edited the updated slides straight into their recorded session. No reshoot, no compromise, just the final version they actually wanted on screen.

In Their Words

“Jake was fabulous to work with… I appreciate you being so flexible. The team was great on site. Our execs have been sharing raving reviews saying ‘The event was great. Your team should be so proud.’ I think they were all just so impressed when they walked in the room.”
