Website Terms of Use

Last updated: June 25, 2026

The short version

These terms are the ground rules for using the We & Goliath website. They are not your client contract; if you hire us, that work is covered by a separate agreement. By using this site, you are agreeing to what is below. If something here does not sit right with you, please do not use the site.

We have kept this readable on purpose. The gist: use the site fairly, the content is ours, the information here is helpful but not a substitute for tailored advice, and there are reasonable limits on what we are responsible for.

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using weandgoliath.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is for

Our website shares information about We & Goliath, our services, our work, and resources we think will be useful to event organizers and the teams who support them. Two things are worth separating clearly:

  • Using the website is covered by these terms.
  • Working with us as a client is covered by a separate, signed agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract). Nothing on this website creates that relationship on its own.

3. Using the website fairly

We ask you to use the site honestly and lawfully. Please do not:

  • Interfere with the site’s security or try to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers in ways that harm the site’s performance or harvest content at scale.
  • Use the site for anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

If you submit anything to us through the site (for example, a testimonial, a comment, or details in a form), you are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to share it. We may edit or remove submissions that break the law, violate someone’s rights, or fall short of our standards.

4. Our content and intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, video, branding, and our named frameworks and methods (such as the SMART Event Method), belongs to We & Goliath or to those who have licensed it to us.

You are welcome to view and share our content as it appears, for your own personal or organizational use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it beyond what the law allows or what we have agreed to in writing. If you would like to use something of ours, just ask at info@weandgoliath.com.

5. Links to other sites

Our site sometimes links to third-party websites, platforms, partners, and resources. We share those links because we think they are useful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. When you follow a link off our site, the other organization’s terms and policies apply, so it is worth reviewing them.

6. Information, not advice

The content on this site, including blog posts, guides, frameworks, and case studies, is for general information. It is not tailored strategic, event, legal, or financial advice, and reading it does not make you a client. Real recommendations for your situation come through a direct engagement with our team.

7. The site is provided “as is”

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we offer it “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the content is always complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will run without interruption. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the site at any time.

8. Limiting liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, We & Goliath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Your use of the website is at your own risk. This limitation applies to the website only; any work we do for you as a client is governed by its own contract.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold We & Goliath harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute about the website comes up, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled by the courts located in Puerto Rico.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
