Our award-winning project was the inaugural 2023 Emerging Engineers Summit, created in partnership with CodePath.
CodePath reprograms higher education by connecting the next generation of diverse engineers with industry leaders, CTOs, and founders.
CodePath’s mission resonated with us.
We were determined to create an event that genuinely connected Gen Z engineers and provided valuable career-changing opportunities for learning, networking, and career growth.
To achieve these goals, we focused on:
- Marketing Materials: Our design team created sleek, interactive media, including high-quality graphics, promo videos, and engaging HTML emails to boost attendance and create an unforgettable experience.
- Live and Pre-Recorded Content: We went beyond the traditional webinar format, turning each session into a dynamic experience with live Q&A, engaging chat, polls, and other interactive elements.
- Engagement Features: We implemented thematic networking, virtual lounges, pre-event attendee engagement, and indefinite replay hosting to encourage interaction and knowledge sharing among attendees.
- Interactive Sponsor Booths: We created interactive booths for sponsors and helped CodePath with a strategic event program that allowed them to connect with attendees seamlessly and generate leads effectively.
- Innovative Event Platform with Exclusive Discounts: We leveraged our partnership with Airmeet to provide an exceptional virtual event platform that enabled us to bring our vision to life.
The results speak for themselves.
The summit generated 5,131 leads, attracted 3,862 registrations, and received Net Promoter Scores of 80% and 79% from company partners and students, respectively.
The event also resulted in a 20% increase in students benefiting from CodePath’s career services.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this project was encouraging diversity and inclusivity.
The summit attendees were 43% Asian, 24% Black/African American, and 13% Hispanic, aligning with CodePath’s mission to support underrepresented students in tech.
