Simulive Production | Multistreaming | Speaker Prep | Captioning
ClickUp was looking for new production partners to support pre production and simulive streaming for their upcoming fully virtual user conference. With a large roadmap and a focus on product awareness, ClickUp needed additional help to produce content across two stages while their internal team remained dedicated to the main stage. The shift from an in-person to a completely virtual event came after survey feedback from attendees. With users spread across three time zones, ClickUp needed the virtual event to be streamed multiple times to maximize reach. As experts in virtual event production, our team was brought on to handle the planning, coordination, and execution of the secondary content stages. We worked closely with ClickUp’s internal team to ensure a cohesive experience across all event stages and streams.
Our production management and streaming capabilities allowed ClickUp to focus on the core messaging while trusting us to deliver high-quality preproduction and simulive streaming aligned with their brand and met their users’ needs. Our production work involved creating custom animated title slides, animated lower thirds, and selecting layouts to switch between speaker video and supporting media like slideshows.
Midway through the project, the client requested full human-edited closed captions to maximize accessibility. Our team provided professional transcription services, carefully styling the captions to match their brand guide and integrating the captions directly into the videos.

For our client’s software revision release announcement, our team handled the simulive production of 16 remote recording sessions with speakers across 6 countries. This included shipping speaker kits with professional gear to each presenter and managing the backstage setup and recording sessions. With the recordings, we produced a variety of panel discussions and solo sessions totaling over 8 hours of content.
In addition to the robust simulive production, we managed the multistreaming of a 30-minute “preparty” leading into the main keynote across the client’s social platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook Group, and YouTube. This created excitement and drove registration to the full virtual event.

03Multistreaming a Conference "Preparty" to Social
ClickUp asked us to pre-produce 16 sessions for two tracks of their conference including both panel and solo sessions. Our producers recorded the footage and edited visually engaging sessions switching between layouts of live video, screenshares, and animated title slides.
To make this happen, We & Goliath shipped gifted speaker kits to 6 countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Egypt, Romania, and the Philippines along witha video setup video for all the gear. We then hosted remote recording sessions to capture HD video despite the speakers' internet quality.
During the project, Click-Up requested a professional transcription and captioning service for all 8 hours of content due to bandwidth restrictions. Our team paid careful attention to the ClickUp brand capitalization guide and the styling of captions to match their brand colors. We ran through the videos looking for errors for an accurate transcription. The final step was to bake the captions into their livestream videos.
ClickUp approached We & Goliath to plan and produce the ClickUp Conference "Preparty" to Social. The pre-party lasted for 30 minutes, followed by the first 15 minutes of the keynote. We provided a sneak preview of the keynote and directed viewers to register for the conference. We & Goliath broadcasted the video on ClickUp's multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook group, Facebook, and YouTube.
